Job Description

• Develop, automate, and manage dashboards and Excel trackers that effectively convert livestream data into actionable recommendations aimed at optimizing upcoming campaigns.
• Manage brand engagement processes entirely, from onboarding anchor brands and securing their involvement in livestream operations to collaborating with stakeholders to finalize deals and ensure timely project delivery.
• Oversee affiliate payment tracking by maintaining records, validating data, cross-checking for accuracy, and resolving any inconsistencies to guarantee prompt payouts.
• Take charge of planning and executing livestream marketing campaigns comprehensively. Collaborate cross-functionally to manage incentive schemes, homepage promotional content, and voucher functionalities to enhance engagement, streamer development, and revenue goals.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related disciplines is mandatory.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
• Comfortable dealing with numerical data and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and effective project management skills.
• Prior experience in livestreaming, talent management, client relations, e-commerce, or affiliate sectors will be considered a plus.
