About the Role
As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will develop and implement engaging lifestyle programs that improve the residents' quality of life, promoting social interaction, mental engagement, and physical activity tailored to individual interests and needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design diverse lifestyle activities personalized to residents' preferences and capabilities.
- Conduct Lifestyle Assessments to align programs with resident needs.
- Manage the safe and inclusive delivery of activities ensuring maximum resident participation.
- Recruit, train, and organize volunteers to support activities and events.
Candidate Profile
- Holder of Certificate IV in Leisure & Health (mandatory).
- Possess a valid Australian Driver's License.
- Adaptable, creative, and passionate about delivering exceptional lifestyle experiences.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for building collaborative teams.
- Proven experience in a similar Lifestyle or Activities Coordinator role.
