  • Guarantee that every customer experience is consistent with Lexus’s high standards for hospitality (Omotenashi) across all touchpoints.
  • Supervise the Lexus sales process, ensuring all procedures and standard operating protocols are followed company-wide.
  • Address escalated customer issues with professionalism and collaborate with senior management as needed.
  • Act as the main liaison between the dealership and Lexus Ireland, overseeing compliance and coordinating manufacturer audits.
  • Be accountable for achieving new and used Lexus sales targets, directly engaging in vehicle sales and mentoring the sales team.
  • Ensure accurate valuation of trade-in vehicles, aligning with current market conditions and corporate policies.
  • Collaborate across multiple dealership sites to optimize inventory and sales opportunities, and boost finance and accessory sales.
  • Facilitate product training for the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous professional growth and performance excellence.
  • Lead a variety of brand awareness programs, including the creation of social media campaigns, dealership events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage daily Lexus operations, including inventory displays, showroom ambience, and process compliance.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, lead conversion, finance and accessory penetration, customer satisfaction, and marketing effectiveness.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated background in automotive sales, ideally with experience in high-end or luxury brands.
  • Minimum five years of overseeing teams with proven track record in leadership and development.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities for enhancing customer interactions.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen focused on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Keen attention to detail with unwavering commitment to upholding brand standards.
  • Background working with CRM platforms and producing sales reports.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Word and Excel with excellent presentation skills.
