Lead STEM Instructor

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Lead STEM Instructor to be the primary educator in our Bricks 4 Kidz programs. This full-time position involves delivering engaging, hands-on sessions involving LEGO® model building, robotics, and coding to children aged 3 to 14. You will become certified in the Bricks 4 Kidz curriculum, prepare and manage classrooms, and play a key role in expanding our instructor team across Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive and enjoyable STEM classes including after-school programs, camps, workshops, and birthday parties.
• Complete certification on Bricks 4 Kidz curriculum and master lesson plans thoroughly.
• Lead, train, mentor and schedule part-time instructors to uphold consistent teaching quality.
• Prepare educational kits and classrooms, maintain inventory, and ensure smooth session delivery.
• Conduct demonstration classes and school workshops, engaging with parents to convert trial sessions into enrollments.
• Monitor each student’s progress and provide regular feedback to their parents.
• Maintain strict child safety and classroom management standards at all times.

Required Qualifications and Traits

• Graduate degree in any discipline; additional qualifications such as B.Ed, B.Sc, B.Tech, or diploma are advantageous.
• One to three years of experience working with children in environments such as schools, coaching centers, or activity programs is preferred.
• A warm, patient demeanor with a genuine passion for working with children and strong classroom leadership skills.
• Fluency in both English and Hindi for effective communication with children and parents.
• Basic familiarity with STEM and technology concepts; enthusiasm to learn robotics and coding.
• Dependable, well-organized, and flexible availability during afternoons, evenings, and weekends to cover peak hours.

Additional Advantages

• Knowledge of robotics and coding tools such as Scratch, Micro:bit, Arduino, LEGO® Technic or SPIKE is a plus.
• Previous experience in leading or training a team is desirable.

Other Information

The position is based in Jaipur at multiple rented venues and schools, with a six-day work week including weekend sessions and one weekday off. The Lead Instructor reports to the Franchise Owner.
