Role Overview
As a Lead Concept Architect under the Head of Concepts, you will be charged with steering the conceptual phase of luxury hotel developments, establishing architectural visions from initial ideas through to concept completion. You will craft unique design concepts that emphasize massing, form, planning, and narrative, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to curate exceptional hospitality experiences. Your leadership will help align design strategies with project goals, market positioning, and commercial intent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of hospitality architecture projects, guiding them from conceptual design to execution planning.
- Develop and communicate creative design concepts aimed at enriching guest experiences.
- Work in partnership with project managers, architects, and relevant stakeholders to meet defined design objectives.
- Ensure seamless integration of architectural elements with brand and operational requirements.
- Employ BIM and AutoCAD tools to create and verify detailed architectural plans.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Significant experience designing hospitality projects supported by a robust portfolio.
- Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modeling) and AutoCAD software.
- Strong leadership capabilities paired with effective communication and proven project management expertise.
- Innovative mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
