Role Overview
The Laundry Attendant is responsible for managing tasks within the production and dry cleaning sections of the laundry department, ensuring efficient operation and high-quality service. This role is crucial in contributing to an exceptional guest experience through cleanliness and timely laundry services.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather soiled linens and garments from designated collection points
- Sort laundry items based on color and type of fabric to ensure proper washing
- Apply stain removal treatments effectively prior to washing
- Operate washing and drying machines safely and efficiently
