Labourer – Clermont

Overview

Isaac Regional Council is looking to hire motivated and dependable labourers for a full-time permanent role within the Parks and Recreation team based in Clermont, Queensland. Reporting to the Team Leader Parks and Recreation, successful candidates will take responsibility for upkeep and maintenance of parks, sportsgrounds, open areas, and community facilities, ensuring they remain in excellent condition. This opportunity is ideal for those who enjoy outdoor work and wish to support local community spaces.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary ranging from $69,340 to $70,543 annually (Stream B, Level 2-3)
• Standard working hours of 76 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday
• Annual leave of 5 weeks plus 17.5% loading
• Rostered days off (RDOs) as per Council policy
• Superannuation up to 14.5% compliant with Council policy
