Job Details

This position involves supporting the kitchen operations in a compact, efficient, and open kitchen area. Responsibilities include food preparation, assisting with cooking on the line, and dishwashing duties. Our menu emphasizes seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, requiring adaptability, creativity, attention to detail, and curiosity.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of valid Food Safe Certification.
• Competence to manage cooking line and ensure food presentation aligns with specified recipes.
• Consistent upkeep of clean and tidy workstation visible to guests.
• Strong knowledge of portion control standards.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate effectively.
• Availability to work during weekends.

Work Schedule and Compensation

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with schedules from Wednesday through Sunday.

• Full-time role includes 40 hours per week.
• Part-time role consists of approximately 20 evening hours per week.

Hourly pay starts between 20 and 23 USD, depending on experience. Additional Hoyne Brewing Company extended benefits apply, with details for part-time roles negotiable.
