About the Role

We are seeking a committed Kitchen Porter to join our team at Lodestone House operating within Chartwells on a full-time basis. This position requires dedication to maintaining a smooth workflow and upholding excellent standards of cleanliness and customer care. The contract entails 40 hours per week with variable shifts across the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby and public spaces.
• Supporting housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting teams with room setup and moving furniture.
• Performing certain receptionist duties such as managing bookings for theatre tickets and restaurant reservations.
• Addressing customer requests promptly and efficiently.
• Running errands as needed.
• Promoting customer safety by placing and removing hazard signage like wet floor or painting notices.
