At wagamama, our kitchens focus on delivering fresh food made to order using quality ingredients. As a kitchen porter, you will be essential to maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment that allows the chefs to prepare bold and flavorful dishes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen is spotless and ready for service.
• Clean pots, pans, and kitchen utensils to support continuous cooking operations.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning materials, alerting management when stocks run low.
• Assist with simple food preparation tasks as needed.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace.
