About the Role

As a Kitchen Assistant at Ego Chelmsford, operated by Mitchells & Butlers, you'll play a key part in maintaining a productive and well-organized kitchen. You’ll ensure that all kitchen areas are fully stocked, clean, and prepared for every service, supporting chefs so that each meal meets our high standards. Key Responsibilities

• Preparing the kitchen at the start of the day to ensure efficient operations.
