With Shane McCarthy's extensive experience managing venues across Victoria and New South Wales and pioneering Coffs's first successful silver service seafood restaurant, The Tide & Pilot, the family reunited to combine their expertise. Todd as a skilled Coffee Roaster, Emily with her creative flair, and Cindy who brings operational expertise formed the foundation of Supply Coffee, reflecting a blend of family values, a passion for excellent food and coffee, and community spirit.
