Junior Project Manager - Electrical Engineering

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a partner organization associated with Haystack for a Junior Project Manager role focused on electrical engineering projects based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical engineering projects independently, ensuring autonomous execution.
• Serve as the main liaison for clients and project stakeholders directly at the project site.
• Coordinate and manage the services commissioned within the scope of each project.
• Assess and review technical documentation, such as wiring schematics and component specifications, to ensure project accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed formal training in electrical engineering.
• Experience working professionally within planning phases 1 through 7 according to HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers).
• Qualification as an electrical engineering technician, master craftsman, or holding a corresponding academic degree.
• Ability to work independently with a well-organized and methodical approach.
• Possession of a valid Class B (passenger vehicle) driving license.
