Role Overview
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Junior Developer specialized in Moveworks GenAI Chatbot technologies. The position involves building and maintaining advanced conversational AI chatbots designed to enhance employee support through ServiceNow integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement conversational AI chatbots using Moveworks Chatbot configuration tools.
- Work collaboratively with multiple teams to embed chatbots within ServiceNow Employee Support processes.
- Create and manage dialogue flows addressing incidents, problem-solving, and facilitating knowledge dissemination.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve chatbot-related technical issues, delivering hands-on support to users.
