Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first and second line technical support to end users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Provide assistance and maintenance in Microsoft 365 and Windows operating environments.
- Configure and deploy laptops, desktop computers, and mobile devices.
- Administer user accounts, including managing passwords and permissions.
- Record and update service tickets to track support activities.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives focused on system enhancements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Practical experience in IT support roles, particularly on first or second line support.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite and Windows OS troubleshooting and support.
- Strong communication abilities paired with excellent customer service orientation.
- A motivated interest and passion for IT and technological developments.
- Logical problem-solving capabilities to assist users effectively.
- Possession or pursuit of CompTIA A+ certification is considered advantageous.
