About the role
This entry-level Business Analyst position is designed to provide research and operational support to senior principals as they advise boards at a high level. The work is centered on making sure each assignment is backed by careful analysis and sound financial reasoning. Early responsibilities will mainly involve one client project for a regulated organization that wants insight into its corporate governance and clearer direction for its portfolio.
About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings was created to address business challenges that do not suit a conventional large consulting setup. The firm’s view is that boards and family groups usually need a seasoned partner who can quickly understand a problem, develop a well-supported opinion, and stand behind it. Its work spans corporate strategy, governance, and operating model improvement for major holding companies, public-listed businesses, and government bodies. The company works on a principal-led basis, so the same people who do the analysis are responsible for the outcome. It also operates fully remotely to keep attention on the quality of advice rather than office administration or team expansion.
What you will do
- Investigate industry movements and regulatory updates relevant to active client work.
- Turn large and complex data into clear formats that help principals assess client issues.
- Track portfolio company performance to surface risks or strategic changes.
- Assist with evaluating how efficiently holding companies and established firms operate.
- Write concise briefing documents that explain governance matters for senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to internal conversations that shape the firm’s view on difficult corporate problems.
- Keep project records and documentation up to date so analysis stays consistent across engagements.
- Help structure the reasoning used in independent advisory papers for founders and board members.
What we are looking for
- Strong curiosity about how large businesses and organizations operate and expand.
- The ability to think clearly and separate important information from distractions.
- Excellent English writing skills with an emphasis on clarity, brevity, and logical flow.
- Basic comfort using data tools to organize financial and operational information.
- Willingness to acknowledge when a sector or issue is outside your current knowledge.
- Capability to work on your own in a fully remote setting while staying closely connected with the team.
How we work
The company believes that high-level advisory work can be delivered without a physical office. Its remote model is intentionally built to hire for intellect and character rather than location. Communication is direct, and the internal structure is intentionally light on bureaucracy. Honesty and independence are valued both in client advice and in internal critique. Although this is an entry-level role, you will be exposed to important mandates from the beginning. Learning happens through hands-on involvement in complex work rather than through detached training programs. To succeed here, you should be comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and take pride in precise written output.
What the role offers
- Direct insight into the decision-making of board members and portfolio founders.
- A permanent, fully remote role with flexibility in how you work.
- Paid employment with a competitive entry-level salary for the advisory sector.
- Strong development of analytical ability through exposure to governance and operating-model work.
- A professional setting focused on meaningful results instead of internal politics.
