Junior Business Analyst

About the role

This entry-level Business Analyst position is designed to provide research and operational support to senior principals as they advise boards at a high level. The work is centered on making sure each assignment is backed by careful analysis and sound financial reasoning. Early responsibilities will mainly involve one client project for a regulated organization that wants insight into its corporate governance and clearer direction for its portfolio.

What you will do

• Investigate industry movements and regulatory updates relevant to active client work.
• Turn large and complex data into clear formats that help principals assess client issues.
• Track portfolio company performance to surface risks or strategic changes.
• Assist with evaluating how efficiently holding companies and established firms operate.
• Write concise briefing documents that explain governance matters for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to internal conversations that shape the firm’s view on difficult corporate problems.
• Keep project records and documentation up to date so analysis stays consistent across engagements.
• Help structure the reasoning used in independent advisory papers for founders and board members.
