Role overview
This contract IT support position is based in Dublin and runs for 5 months. The role focuses on delivering fast, reliable technical help to end users in a busy environment, with a strong mix of onsite and remote support responsibilities.
What you will do
- Handle walk-up support requests and diagnose technical problems on the spot, aiming for quick resolution.
- Assist with onsite IT operations, including troubleshooting network issues, supporting Poly and conferencing equipment, and coordinating with vendors or escorting them when needed.
- Work through both local and remote support tickets while keeping service standards and response times on track.
- Provide polished support to executive-level users and help prevent disruption in a high-traffic workplace.
Background needed
Applicants should have prior experience in IT support, help desk, or other onsite technical support roles, ideally in an enterprise setting. Experience handling demanding support queues with shifting priorities is important. Previous exposure to supporting executives or leadership teams is highly desirable.
