Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and engage IT professionals for lateral positions using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networking.
- Conduct initial HR screenings to assess applicants' technical skills, background, and suitability for specific roles.
- Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules among candidates, managers, and technical interviewers.
- Handle the entire recruitment cycle, including candidate communication, negotiating offers, and assisting with onboarding procedures.
- Maintain detailed recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports to ensure timely filling of vacancies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Applicants should be comfortable with a 5-day office work schedule.
