IT Administrator

Role Overview

As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations within Windows and Linux environments. Your role will include troubleshooting and resolving issues at the second level, supporting both remote and on-site service requests, optimizing IT infrastructure, and managing both client and server landscapes across Microsoft and Mac systems. You'll play a key part in incident management and maintaining overall system stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyze errors at a second level support stage
• Accept and resolve IT incident requests either onsite or through remote service tools
• Ensure seamless IT operations in both Windows and Linux environments
• Optimize and maintain IT infrastructure involving clients and servers
• Manage the client landscape across Microsoft and Mac platforms
• Handle incident management and problem resolution processes

Required Qualifications

• Completed education or degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
• Experience working with Linux and Microsoft 365 products
• Knowledge of network administration, mobile device management, and client management
• Proficiency with virtualization technologies such as Proxmox and VMware
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in German language
