Job Overview

Universal Telecom is looking to expand its quality control team by hiring an experienced iPhone Quality Control Technician. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hands-on iPhone testing, inspection, and quality assessment. Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive quality control inspections on iPhone devices.
• Test and examine critical device functions including the display, battery, cameras, Face ID, speakers, microphones, sensors, charging ports, and other hardware parts.
• Detect and diagnose hardware faults, defects, and performance issues.
• Assess the physical and technical condition of devices based on organizational quality standards.
• Grade devices according to their condition and quality level to ensure readiness for sale or delivery.
• Document QC results and maintain thorough inspection records.
• Collaborate with repair and technical teams regarding any identified issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience as an iPhone quality control or mobile phone testing technician.
• Strong understanding of various iPhone models and their hardware components.
• Ability to identify both technical and functional device problems.
• Excellent attention to detail and meticulous approach to quality.
• Capability to work responsibly in a fast-paced technical setting.
• Preference given to highly skilled applicants.

Additional Information

• Working hours are from 10:45 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Salary will be determined based on the applicant's relevant experience and capabilities.
• Applicants must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates.
• This is an on-site position based in Dubai.
