About the Role
Our client, a prominent investment firm located in Munich, Bavaria, is seeking a dedicated Investment Associate to enhance their investment team. This role involves close collaboration with senior professionals throughout the investment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases.
- Carry out commercial, financial, and operational due diligence on potential investments.
- Prepare presentation materials and thorough analyses for investment committee meetings.
- Conduct detailed market and industry research to uncover new investment opportunities.
- Collaborate extensively with senior team members during all stages of the investment lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Have between two to five years of professional experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategy Consulting, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance.
- Exhibit strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, data analysis, and problem-solving.
- Be fluent in German; additional language skills are advantageous.
