Role Overview
This position offers a distinctive chance to contribute to complex fraud investigations within a dynamic, fast-paced team. Serving as a crucial support to investigative teams, you will assist with cases encompassing financial crime and serious misconduct, adhering to both the Australian Government Investigation Standard (AGIS) and NAB's internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support investigative teams in alignment with AGIS and internal standards.
- Retrieve and analyze data from NAB systems to aid investigation goals.
- Document the progression of investigative actions and decisions systematically.
- Assist in developing interview plans compliant with the PEACE investigative interviewing method.
- Prepare precise and factual reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Contribute toward meeting stipulated quality assurance metrics and investigation timelines.
Candidate Profile and Required Expertise
- Prior experience in roles related to criminal, legal, or fraud investigations.
- Familiarity with AGIS and current investigative methodologies.
- Experience using investigative case management tools.
- Understanding of Employee Relations and Fraud Operations functions.
- Involvement in investigations and preparation of evidence briefs or reports subject to thorough scrutiny.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
