Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess facts related to seller transactions to identify potential risks.
• Execute actions on transactions based on predefined procedures and tools.
• Provide thorough documentation and annotations of investigative actions.
• Maintain communication with external customers through phone and email during investigations.
• Collaborate and communicate consistently with internal stakeholders, including management and peers.
• Identify issues and leverage available resources effectively to resolve them.
