Interior Site Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Interior Site Engineer to manage and oversee the implementation of interior projects directly on-site. This role requires coordinating effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure that work aligns with the design specifications, quality expectations, safety standards, and prescribed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure steady progress across various interior disciplines including civil work, carpentry, electrical installations, plumbing, painting, and finishing.
• Execute project plans and drawings on-site accurately, ensuring compliance with design requirements and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Manage workforce efficiency by monitoring productivity, attendance, and assigning tasks to laborers and subcontractors appropriately.
• Ensure materials are available on-site promptly and verify their quality prior to use.
• Enforce stringent adherence to quality control, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards at the worksite.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants to facilitate smooth execution and resolve any on-site challenges.
• Provide regular updates and site progress reports to the Project Manager or Head Office.
• Conduct on-site measurements, manage material reconciliations, and assist with billing processes.
• Quickly identify and report any risks, potential delays, or deviations from the project plan.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety protocol compliance at the construction site.
