We are seeking an experienced freelance Instructional Designer to contribute to a healthcare education project on a contract basis. This position suits professionals adept at transforming intricate clinical or technical knowledge into compelling and effective educational experiences.

Role Responsibilities

Create instructional materials tailored for adult learners, including eLearning courses, blended learning options, facilitator guides, and assessments.
Convert complex subject matter into clear and learner-oriented content.
Utilize established instructional design methodologies like ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent frameworks.
Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and creative professionals.
Refine and revise content iteratively based on feedback and learning goals.

Candidate Requirements

Demonstrated experience as an Instructional Designer, preferably in freelance or contract roles.
Background in healthcare, medical, or professional education is highly desirable.
Strong grasp of adult learning theories and principles.
Self-motivated with effective deadline management capabilities.
Comfortable collaborating with SMEs and adapting to uncertain or changing content.
Portfolio or samples showcasing related instructional design work.

Preferred Skills

Proficiency with eLearning authoring platforms such as Articulate, Rise, or Storyline.
Experience with compliance, clinical, or regulated educational settings.
