Role Summary
Based in Chicago, IL, this hybrid role involves working both remotely and onsite as required. The Insights Associate Program Manager plays a key role within LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions division by delivering scalable, data-driven insights that enable customer success and product value realization. This position requires blending technical program management and analytical acumen to transform LinkedIn’s proprietary data into actionable business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage LinkedIn’s internal datasets to develop impactful insights aligning with product strategies and customer needs.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain efficient code (SQL, Python, Spark SQL) for data extraction and analysis, utilizing AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to expedite query development and validate accuracy.
- Create and support data pipelines and workflows employing technologies like Apache Airflow and Hadoop.
- Collaborate across functions—including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Data Science—to refine messaging and enhance data-driven customer value.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing technical advice and strategic guidance.
- Define and implement long-term program vision and roadmap, identifying gaps, prioritizing initiatives, and aligning strategies with business objectives.
- Measure the effectiveness of insights-driven initiatives and their impact on Talent Solutions business outcomes.
- Produce compelling visual reports and narratives for diverse audiences using Tableau or equivalent visualization tools.
- Ensure data quality and governance by implementing rigorous checks and documenting best practices for compliance and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in data analysis, consulting, or technical program management.
- Proficient with SQL (preferably Trino, Spark SQL) and skilled at query performance optimization.
- At least 2 years experience crafting data visualizations and storytelling using Tableau or similar tools.
- Preferred background in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related quantitative fields.
- Strong ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with product, marketing, or customer lifecycle analytics, correlating data insights to business results.
- Proven track record in cultivating senior stakeholder relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Skilled in Python programming for data analysis and automation.
- Passionate about technology, big data, and artificial intelligence with solid business insight.
- Competent in managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and influencing outcomes effectively without direct authority.
- Excellent problem-solving, business acumen, and communication skills.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $89,000 to $145,000 annually, with final packages reflecting individual qualifications, experience, certifications, and location-specific factors. The total compensation may also include performance bonuses, stock options, benefits, and other incentives.
