Job Overview
This role is for a female real estate sales executive focused on inside sales and client conversion in the Delhi-NCR market. The position involves handling enquiries, understanding customer needs, showcasing property projects, and moving prospects through the booking and registration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen leads through phone outreach, digital channels, referrals, and networking efforts.
- Speak with prospective customers to understand their property preferences and budget.
- Introduce residential and commercial projects to interested buyers in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Schedule property site visits and support clients during the visit process.
- Walk clients through project information, pricing, payment schedules, and paperwork requirements.
- Develop and sustain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Keep in touch with leads consistently to improve conversion rates.
- Work with internal teams to ensure bookings and registrations are completed smoothly.
- Update customer data and maintain daily sales records and reporting.
- Work toward monthly sales and revenue goals.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable presenting to clients, and motivated by targets. Strong negotiation skills, relationship-building ability, and the capacity to work both independently and with a team are important. Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools, is expected.
Qualification and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required. Candidates should ideally have 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales. Freshers with strong communication skills and a good sales mindset may also be considered.
