Image Signal Processing Algorithm Engineer

Overview

Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. invites skilled engineers to join Huawei's team in Singapore as Image Signal Processing Algorithm Engineers. This role focuses on pioneering research and development in image and video processing technologies tailored for autonomous driving, machine vision, and advanced photography solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage in developing advanced image and video processing algorithms applicable to autonomous vehicles, machine vision systems, and professional camera products.
• Conduct research involving noise reduction, image enhancement, and signal processing tailored for digital camera systems.
• Stay informed about emerging video processing technologies, industry standards, and novel methodologies.
• Optimize, prune, and deploy AI-driven video and image processing algorithms on chipset hardware.
• Design and develop video/image enhancement algorithms oriented toward machine vision applications.
• Develop and verify algorithms using C-model simulations for image and video signal processing.
• Effectively communicate ideas and technical information with team members and stakeholders.
• Additional advantageous expertise includes video pre-processing and post-processing, video sharpening, temporal and spatial noise reduction techniques, color consistency adjustments, and core camera signal processing algorithms.

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree holders or fresh PhD graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Fundamental understanding of digital signal processing and AI-based low-level computer vision methods.
• Experience with at least one deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, especially for deep learning projects.
• Familiarity with C/C++ programming and/or use of OpenCV.
• Knowledge of ASIC design processes and environments is a plus.
