About the Role

Al Andalus Medical Center, based in Al Ain, UAE, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Officer to enhance our team. This position involves overseeing key HR functions within a healthcare setting to support the organization's operational success and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage recruitment processes and ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.
• Maintain positive employee relations and manage all HR documentation meticulously.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law as well as healthcare-specific regulations.
• Keep accurate records of employee data and monitor attendance systems.
• Support performance evaluations and foster professional development initiatives for staff.
• Provide assistance with payroll processing and general HR administrative duties.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is mandatory.
• At least three years of HR experience working in the UAE, with a preference for those familiar with healthcare environments.
• In-depth understanding of UAE Labour Law requirements.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are considered an asset.
