Role Overview
We have an opening in our Auckland office for an HR Services Administrator to support the busy Human Resources team across Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on administrative responsibilities requiring excellent planning and workload management to ensure timely and accurate HR administration for the ANZ HR team and the broader Australian business.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize templates and tools to draft employment contracts and variations.
- Manage onboarding of new employees through the Redcarpet onboarding system.
- Maintain and update employee data in Oracle HR information system.
- Assist with employee-related correspondence.
- Support and provide backup assistance for the wider Asia Pacific HR Services and administration teams, including those using Oracle and Enterprise One systems for staff in Taiwan and China.
Candidate Profile
- A motivated administrator with approximately five years of administration experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with intermediate skills in Excel.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize daily tasks for timely and accurate work delivery.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively with HR teams and operations personnel.
- Ability and enthusiasm to quickly learn and work with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP; training will be provided.
