Overview

Quick Digital Technologies is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter based in Delhi-NCR to manage recruitment activities comprehensively, from sourcing candidates to onboarding them effectively. This role requires managing bulk hiring and walk-in drives while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including prominent job portals to search for potential candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews assessing qualifications, experience, and cultural compatibility.
• Handle the entire end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a smooth hiring journey.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for future recruitment needs.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deliver a positive experience to candidates.
• Organize and execute walk-in recruitment drives and bulk hiring events.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of 12th grade or any graduate degree; MBA in Human Resources is advantageous.
• In-depth understanding of modern recruitment strategies including screening and interviewing methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across Hindi and English; knowledge of Tamil is beneficial.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective organizational and time management capabilities.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from INR 12,000 to INR 20,000.
