Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. This role focuses on managing and executing recruitment activities to support organizational hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates by utilizing various platforms such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates who meet job requirements.
- Perform telephonic and online interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Arrange interview schedules in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Handle salary negotiations and prepare offer documentation.
- Keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Meet monthly recruitment goals and ensure positions are filled promptly.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
- Proficient in candidate sourcing and screening methods.
- Familiarity with popular job portals including Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Competent in using MS Excel and applicant tracking systems for recruitment.
- Ability to work efficiently under strict deadlines and handle multiple openings simultaneously.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this position ranges from 15,000 to 20,000 INR.
