HR Manager - 5 Star Hotel

Role Overview

This position involves leading the human resources strategy and execution for a five-star hotel, fostering a high-performance environment that prioritizes compliance and a people-oriented culture across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, administration, and leadership positions.
• Develop and implement onboarding, orientation, and training initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and safety standards.
• Manage performance appraisal processes, oversee promotions, and coordinate talent development strategies.
• Address employee relations matters, manage investigations, administer disciplinary procedures, and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, health and safety protocols, and local hospitality regulations.
• Supervise payroll data inputs, manage benefits administration, and maintain accurate HR information systems records.
• Promote employee engagement through recognition initiatives, events, communication channels, and conducting surveys.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 6 to 10 years of HR experience, including 3 to 4 years in hospitality HR in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of HR practices within the hospitality sector and the GCC/UAE labor laws.
• Exhibit strong HR business partnership capabilities and the ability to coach managers on people-related decisions.
• Possess excellent communication skills, maintain confidentiality, and have strong problem-solving abilities.
