Role Overview

Seeking a dependable HR Driver to join a dynamic team in Newcastle responsible for delivering building materials throughout the Hunter region. This position involves more than just driving; it combines delivery duties with warehouse tasks to ensure smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate an HR truck delivering plasterboard and related building products to both residential and commercial sites.
• Assist customers during deliveries, including manual unloading when machinery assistance is unavailable.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to guarantee safe, timely deliveries.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid HR Driver Licence is mandatory.
• Strong dedication to maintaining workplace safety standards.
• Physically capable and comfortable with frequent manual handling tasks.
• Dependable with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Forklift Licence is preferred but not essential.
• Good driving record with current demerit points available upon request.
• Previous experience in delivery driving or warehouse operations is highly regarded.
