Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, including bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
• Sanitize and clean bathrooms thoroughly, ensuring towels, toiletries, and other essentials meet hotel standards.
• Promptly fulfill guest requests for additional supplies such as extra towels, toiletries, or bedding.
• Keep public areas—including corridors, lobbies, restrooms, and elevators—neat and clean.
• Manage laundry operations by collecting soiled linen from rooms and distributing fresh linens and amenities to assigned floors.
• Monitor supply levels of cleaning materials and amenities, report shortages, and ensure stock availability in cooperation with supervisors.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols to maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation throughout the property.
• Manage lost and found items by reporting and handling according to hotel policy.
• Interact professionally and courteously with guests to enhance their comfort and satisfaction.
• Support deep cleaning projects such as window washing, carpet shampooing, and furniture upkeep periodically.
• Implement sustainable cleaning practices to reduce waste and support the hotel's ecological initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or related hospitality roles is advantageous.
• Physical ability to stand for long durations, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks involving bending and lifting.
• Meticulous attention to detail to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong customer service aptitude with a polite and professional manner when engaging guests.
• Effective teamwork skills to collaborate well with housekeeping colleagues.
• Good time management abilities to ensure tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.
