Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned guest rooms, including bed-making, bathroom sanitation, dusting, vacuuming, and periodic deep cleaning
• Regularly replace linens, towels, and essential guest supplies as needed
• Manage and restock housekeeping carts daily to ensure efficiency
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests to enhance their stay
• Properly dispose of waste and recyclables in designated areas

Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of experience in housekeeping, preferably within hospitality settings
• Ability to uphold high standards of cleanliness and room presentation
• Physical capability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
• Professional and polite guest interaction skills
• Time management to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled periods
• Collaboration with housekeeping team members and other hotel departments
• Availability to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic English language skills; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• Understanding of cleaning agents and adherence to safety protocols
