Housekeeper / Floor Tech

Role overview

Boulder Post Acute is looking for a full-time Housekeeper/Floor Tech to support a senior care setting in Boulder, CO. This position is part of a compassionate team focused on creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents while contributing to high-quality care.

Work schedule

This is a full-time on-site role.

Key duties

• Carry out routine housekeeping tasks in residents’ rooms, including vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, dusting cleared surfaces, and sanitation.
• Collect linens from resident areas and handle community linen collection.
• Maintain hallways and shared spaces as directed by the supervisor.
• Follow task priorities set by the supervisor and complete assigned work accordingly.
• Move clean and soiled linens to and from the housekeeping room.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate can work in a long-term care environment, has prior floor tech experience, and is comfortable using housekeeping supplies and equipment on a daily basis. The role also requires physical stamina and the ability to work as part of a resident-focused team.

Physical and job requirements

• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to regularly sit, kneel, stand, walk, talk, read, and hear.
• Daily use of housekeeping tools, supplies, and equipment.
