This position involves cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and managing laundry duties. Compensation

• Starting wage of $16 per hour with potential for overtime
• Multiple bonus opportunities available

Main Responsibilities

Room Cleaning

• Remove garbage left by guests or staff
• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to top standards
• Sanitize refrigerators and microwaves
• Maintain neat exterior of rooms
• Promptly report any maintenance issues
• Operate cleaning machinery as instructed

Public Area Maintenance

• Clean and empty trash in public restrooms
• Maintain cleanliness and order in guest and staff areas according to schedule
• Keep laundry areas clean, including removing lint from machines
• Address litter found in public spaces promptly

Laundry Duties

• Wash, dry, and fold linens and towels
• Pre-treat stains on linens and towels
• Inspect linens and discard any damaged or excessively worn items
• Ensure laundry areas are clean and organized
• Report any equipment malfunctions immediately

Additional Tasks

• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Report safety risks or policy violations to Property Manager
• Keep housekeeping carts stocked according to standards
• Adopt new procedures and goals as assigned
• Assist in documenting incidents as necessary
• Help maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies

Work Schedule

• Shift timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Days off: Wednesdays and Sundays

• Immediately communicate safety, cleanliness, or damage concerns

• Maintain positive relationships and punctual attendance
• Adhere strictly to all policies, procedures, and meeting protocols
• Promptly report and resolve any operational issues
