About the Role

We are seeking motivated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team in Tiptree, England. This role offers an active and engaging opportunity where you are the essential connection between our store and customers, delivering groceries with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe van loading protocols, involving heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Consistently follow safe driving practices to ensure a secure journey.
• Perform routine van inspections prior to departure.
• Guarantee delivery of goods in the best possible condition to customers.
• Provide friendly and excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Support store operations when necessary.
• Manage your time effectively while working independently.
• Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and a strong passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding and commitment to road safety.

Compensation and Benefits

• An hourly wage of £13.71.
