Role Overview
As a Home Coordinator, your role involves fostering a culture of high performance and exceptional customer service within the home department, ensuring the department’s daily operations are seamlessly supported and compliant. Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with your team to deliver excellent customer experiences both in-store and online.
- Ensuring all home department activities comply with safety standards, legislative requirements, and reporting protocols for incidents and processes.
- Cross-training and supporting sales colleagues on all home department products and services.
- Driving sales and profitability targets within the store.
Qualifications and Experience
- Enjoy working in a casual and engaging retail environment with a strong background in retail sales.
- Possess substantial knowledge of Small Appliances and Whitegoods.
- Demonstrate proven customer service capabilities and experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions, preferably using electronic POS systems.
- Exhibit strong selling skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
