Candidate Qualifications

• Demonstrated caregiving and home care skills, including personal and elder care.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities with the capacity to build trust with clients and their families.
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate approach tailored to diverse client needs.
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices pertinent to home environments.
• Competence in following care plans, simple documentation, and clear communication with supervisors.
