Role Overview

The Hiring Manager role based in Patna is a full-time, on-site position tasked with overseeing every phase of the recruitment function. Responsibilities encompass determining workforce needs, crafting job descriptions, sourcing and interviewing applicants, and facilitating decision-making during selection. Collaboration with department heads to understand role specifics, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience, and upholding excellence in recruitment activities are key aspects of this position. Daily tasks include managing candidate pipelines, monitoring hiring metrics, onboarding new employees, and conducting orientation or training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from workforce planning through onboarding.
• Partner with team leads to clarify role requirements and align hiring strategies.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Organize and facilitate training or onboarding sessions to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Contribute to enhancing recruitment workflows and participate in employer branding activities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, documenting recruitment actions accurately.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle talent acquisition and hiring management.
• Strong communication skills for effective engagement with candidates and internal teams.
• Dedication to service quality and fostering a supportive recruitment environment.
• Experience organizing onboarding and training programs for new employees.
• Background as a Hiring Manager, Recruiter, or HR professional, ideally within technology, education, or startup sectors.
• Ability to be present on-site in Patna, managing multiple recruitment priorities and maintaining detailed records.
• Competency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and standard productivity tools such as MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline, or matching practical experience.
