Programme Journey

The graduate experience unfolds across distinct phases over three years:

  • Sales Foundation (6 months): Immerse in Sales and Merchandising to understand the business, foster customer relationships, and handle practical sales operations while grasping brand impact on growth.
  • Trade Marketing (6 months): Assist with commercial initiatives and brand activations, gain insight into category management and shopper marketing, collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams, and appreciate how commercial strategies fuel business expansion.
  • International Assignment (6 months): Broaden your global perspective by working in different markets, establish international connections, and enhance your professional and personal development.
  • Landing Role (18 months): Return to DB Breweries to take on a substantive commercial position, applying the knowledge and skills acquired. Potential roles include Category Manager or Revenue Manager.

Entry Requirements
