Overview
Dangote Cement Plc seeks a highly qualified professional to lead the administration and governance of HR information systems, ensuring superior data quality and availability across multiple platforms including SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors. The individual will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee master data, delivering timely analytics, and driving HR digital transformation efforts company-wide.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and connected HR applications by maintaining employee data, organizational structures, and workflows while troubleshooting system issues in collaboration with IT and vendors.
- Lead initiatives to cleanse and standardise HR master data including positions, grades, reporting lines, and employment details; implement validation processes and maintain detailed audit records.
- Create and maintain both standard and customized reports, dashboards, and analytics covering metrics like headcount, turnover, recruitment, and organizational trends, enabling self-service and secure access where applicable.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive HR data tasks, support digitization of HR processes such as recruitment and performance management, and document as-is and future-state workflows.
- Offer frontline HRIS user support; produce user manuals, data standards documentation, FAQs, and conduct training sessions to encourage accurate data input and compliance.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security; assist with audits related to HR data and IT access; document system procedures and flag recurring data issues or control deficiencies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Business Administration or similar disciplines.
- Significant familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, HR analytics, Microsoft Power BI, along with certifications like CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI advantageous.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience managing HRIS administration, HR operations, data governance, HR digital transformation or analytics.
- Proven skills in HR master data governance, system support, data reconciliation, reporting, dashboard development, process automation, and user acceptance testing.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, commitment to confidentiality, excellent stakeholder management, and ability to enforce data quality discipline across diverse teams.
