Role Purpose

We are seeking a versatile Handyperson skilled in addressing a broad array of maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks throughout the property. The ideal candidate proactively identifies potential issues before they escalate, ensuring the resort's facilities remain in pristine condition through effective hands-on solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all villas, amenities, and shared spaces, ensuring they are in top condition.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating the ability to operate independently.
• Tackle diverse maintenance challenges by applying practical and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative upkeep projects as needed to uphold property standards.

Skills and Experience

• Physically capable with a proactive, diligent work ethic committed to completing tasks safely and to a high standard.
• Hands-on experience in general building maintenance, including basic carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work, with no formal qualifications necessary.
• Strong communication abilities to effectively liaise with management, guests, and onsite contractors.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
