About the Role
Zensar Technologies is seeking an experienced Guidewire Technical Architect to join their team in multiple locations including Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Chennai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with over 14 years of experience who are ready to contribute immediately up to within 60 days of joining. As a part of Zensar, a global digital solutions and technology services firm, you will engage with a diverse workforce dedicated to innovation and client success.
Technical Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep architectural understanding of Guidewire InsuranceSuite modules such as PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter, including their interactions.
- Apply extensive knowledge of the Property and Casualty insurance lifecycle, focusing on underwriting rules, claims processing, and financial reporting mechanisms.
- Keep abreast of the latest Guidewire Ski-release cycles to assess new features, including Jutro digital frameworks and Advanced Analytics, for their business application.
- Exhibit advanced expertise in Gosu programming and possess a solid base in Java.
- Lead cloud-native implementations utilizing Cloud APIs, Integration Gateway, and Jutro for digital front-end development.
- Manage complex product model modifications and ensure their deployment without runtime disruption.
- Utilize Guidewire App Events, Messaging plugins, Event Fired Rules, and asynchronous processing effectively.
Certifications
- Associate Guidewire Certification is mandatory.
- Ace Guidewire Certification is preferred.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Design comprehensive end-to-end technical architecture for Guidewire applications, focusing on cloud-native setups and synchronization across modules.
- Communicate complex technical challenges and architectural decisions effectively to Finance and Business leaders.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to both senior and junior development teams.
- Enforce architectural guidelines within Scrum-based development environments.
