About the Role
Coxwell Global Pvt. Ltd. is expanding internationally and seeks a GTM Engineer specializing in Export Outreach to develop a robust export lead generation platform from scratch. This position is distinct from traditional sales roles, focusing on integrating data, automation, and technology to craft scalable outbound systems that generate qualified leads worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct prospecting pipelines utilizing tools such as Clay, Apollo, Hunter, Instantly, Lemlist, or comparable software.
- Identify and enrich premium prospects in global markets including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and East Africa.
- Design personalized outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
- Develop lightweight automation scripts or processes using Python, JavaScript, APIs, or no-code platforms.
- Maintain CRM data quality and enhance outreach effectiveness through ongoing experimentation and refinement.
- Collaborate closely with the Export Sales team to convert qualified leads into viable business deals.
Candidate Profile
- Experience ranging between 1 to 4 years in roles such as GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, or Sales Operations.
- Proficient hands-on expertise with Clay, Apollo, Hunter, Instantly, Lemlist, and CRM solutions like Salesforce or equivalents.
- Knowledgeable in Python and/or JavaScript programming languages and familiar with APIs and automation technologies.
- Understanding of B2B outbound strategies, data enrichment techniques, and email deliverability best practices.
