Role Overview - GTM Enablement
We are looking for a full-time Growth Strategy Enablement professional to join our team and develop scalable onboarding and training programs for our customer-facing colleagues. This role involves managing systems, creating content, and facilitating learning initiatives that enable our Growth Strategy team to ramp up quickly, engage more strategically with clients, and identify opportunities for customer retention and expansion. You will join during a phase of rapid growth, with the team size set to double this year.
The Growth Strategy team collaborates with some of the fastest-expanding SaaS companies worldwide, including Intercom, Verkada, and Anthropic, helping to define, implement, and grow their Clay strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement onboarding and continuous training programs such as live workshops, certifications, and learning sessions that accelerate new hire readiness and establish consistent success standards.
- Identify and codify best practices used by top performers into scalable frameworks, communication scripts, and playbooks that elevate overall team performance.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and GTM Enablement teams to translate product updates into practical workflows and strategies that enhance product adoption and customer retention.
- Create and sustain enablement infrastructure that supports rapid growth of the Growth Strategy team, leveraging automation and AI to customize learning experiences and streamline knowledge sharing.
- Directly contribute to revenue by shortening ramp time, boosting adoption rates, and improving measurable team outputs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of four years’ experience in enablement or customer success roles, preferably within high-growth SaaS organizations.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, comfortable managing workshops, certifications, and engaging in discussions with executive leadership.
- Technical proficiency in data workflows, integration methods, and automation technology.
- Proven track record designing and expanding enablement initiatives—including onboarding, ongoing training, certification processes, and playbooks—that have positively impacted customer adoption, retention, or growth.
- Experience in content development and administration of enablement platforms such as Notion, Gong, or LMS, aimed at centralizing knowledge and tracking engagement.
- Collaborative mindset coupled with a passion for cross-department partnership to empower teams in driving business growth.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, capable of identifying gaps and implementing effective solutions promptly.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong bias for action who can independently drive initiatives from start to finish.
- Based in New York City or open to relocation, as this is an in-person position.

Compensation
Salary ranges between $145,000 and $185,000 annually.
