Position Overview

We seek a versatile and proactive Growth Associate. Your responsibilities will span organizing and leading events, managing gifting initiatives, producing various content including blog posts and landing pages, and exploring untapped growth channels.

Key Duties

• Propose and lead projects or untapped growth strategies after proving your execution ability.
• Assist in planning and conducting events such as customer dinners, the annual conference, and hackathons.
• Oversee gifting campaigns targeted at customers and prospects.
• Contribute to content creation including blogs, case studies, and landing page development.
• Support implementation of campaigns across paid media, email, and content outlets.
• Conduct research on target accounts, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns together with influencers.
• Perform additional tasks typical to a nimble growth team focused on diverse responsibilities.

Candidate Profile

• Between zero and two years of experience in marketing, growth, or related domains.
• Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple workflows efficiently.
• Strong written communication capabilities.
• Recognized by colleagues as highly self-driven and motivated.
• Eager to rapidly develop skills and assume greater responsibilities.
