About the Role

Black Frame is seeking a skilled Graphic Layout Designer for a temporary-to-hire position based in Las Vegas, NV. This role offers a creative and production-oriented environment focused on delivering precise, visually consistent layouts that support various business service projects. The position involves working in a hybrid setup after initial onsite training, combining collaboration with organizational rigor to meet project goals effectively.

Key Duties

• Design and perfect graphic layouts across print, digital, marketing, presentation, and production mediums.
• Prepare artwork and layout assets ensuring precise alignment, spacing, typography, color consistency, and adherence to branding standards.
• Conduct thorough quality and production readiness checks on design files prior to final distribution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to comprehend project needs, deadlines, and feedback for refinements.
• Handle multiple concurrent layout assignments while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high quality and organization.
• Implement edits and updates based on feedback to ensure the materials conform to all specifications.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years professional experience in graphic layout design.
• Exceptional attention to detail complemented by excellent organizational skills.
• Strong proficiency with industry-standard design software and tools.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects efficiently under deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage: $23.00.
• Initial 2 weeks of training to be completed onsite, followed by a hybrid work schedule—3 days in office, 2 days remote.
• Requirement to provide wired internet connection with either 1 Gbps download/35 Mbps upload or 500 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload speeds; Wi-Fi not acceptable.
• Equipment provided by client includes laptop, keyboard, and mouse.
• Mandatory background check clearance to qualify.
• Potential requirement for overtime including weekend working as necessary.
• For assignments extending beyond 13 weeks, eligibility for medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, and statutory sick pay where applicable.
